Aw, so SWEET and cute (both you and the bear)! ; )
I love that you've kept your little well-worn bear friend over the years... what a dear treasure, and memory! Does he have a name?
What's the name of your sidekick? :)
I remember the 5 and 10s in Troy, NY. Mom couldn't drive, so we took a bus to go shopping. We were allowed to choose from the vast array of treasures: tiny dolls, "make-up" kits, sets of jacks, and other small toys. My sister would buy a bag of hot, roasted cashews; I usually picked some variety of chocolate. We'd have lunch at the counter, grilled cheese followed by ice cream in cold metal cups beaded with moisture. Mom might indulge in a hot fudge sundae, sister chose vanilla, I never varied from my favorite, chocolate.
Thanks for taking me back to my childhood - sweet memories, indeed!
It's always nice to have a pal with you on your journey.
I have such an creature at home. It is a sheep dog I named Knickerbocker. It was given to me by my great grandfather on my 6th Birthday. My 5 year old son Jakob thinks he gross. :-)
I like your drawing very much. My English is not good. ><"
感覺您是一個很仁慈的人,喜歡小朋友的人,珍惜兒童時候的玩偶,難怪您可以畫出那麼棒的圖畫,加油.希望可以在看到更新的作品.

What memories this brought back - I grew up in Chelmsford and fondly remember the 5 and 10 in the center (we'd visit after Sunday Services at the UU Church on the common!).
My daughter loves your books and we both LOVE Blue Bunny - a favorite haunt on lazy weekend afternoons.
